Robert Tillman serves as Operating Partner for Legacy Two Advisors. He is also the principal and Chief Counsel of the Tillman Law Group, a New Jersey-based law firm specializing in enterprise risk management, financial services, and government relations.

With 30 years of experience in financial services compliance and state and federal bank regulations. Mr. Tillman has held senior roles, including General Counsel at Camelus Syndicate and Special Advisor at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. He began his career at Merrill Lynch and UJB Financial, overseeing mergers, acquisitions, and compliance. Mr. Tillman holds a Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School and a B.A. in Economics from Boston University.
